Can you use my existing pots, or do I need to buy new ones?
We’re happy to plant right into the pots you already own—just share photos and rough dimensions during your consultation. We also keep a small selection of planter styles on hand to choose from at no extra charge. If you’d like something beyond that selection, we can source it for an additional charge. Want to use your own containers? We can discuss that during your consultation.
What happens if a plant doesn't survive?
We stand behind our work with a 30-day plant replacement guarantee. If a plant struggles or fails under ordinary care within 30 days of installation, send us a quick snapshot and we’ll bring a fresh replacement.
How much watering will my containers need?
With every installation, we provide a simple Care Card with watering guidance for your porch. Our soil blend holds moisture to cut down on watering frequency.
How does the 4-Season Rotation schedule work?
Subscribers receive transitions in late March/April (Spring), June (Summer), September (Autumn), and late November (Winter Evergreens). We notify you a week prior, arrive while you’re at work or home, compost old plants, sanitize containers, and plant your new seasonal palette with zero disruption.
